Consistently learning about art, design, and tech as early as 2012, Michelle Schofield graduated from the Ontario College of Art and Design University with a BDes focusing in Illustration. And in 2017 completed a certificate in User Interface and Communication Design at RED Academy. She has learned to love sharing her work and relishing the chance to discuss and debate to become a better designer, artist, and human.
Their background in illustration enables her to understand and unravel visual problems, while Michelle’s understanding in user interface ensures that the right problems are being solved to meet the user’s needs. Keeping up with trends and always searching to see how to best keep in mind users needs, not just at a want or psychological level, but at an accessible level. As a highly empathetic person, Michelle wants everyone to have a great experience and equal access to products they interact with.
Her work has ranged from medical illustrations, design systems, mobile apps, editorial illustrations, and social media advertisements to posters, website experiences, style guides, and marketing endevours. She is always on the lookout for an exciting new project, and ready to take on any challenge that comes her way.
